How to Generate

Click 'Create New Project' from your dashboard. Import from Crexi or enter data manually. Add your template, property info, photos, and financials. Click 'Generate' and you'll receive an email when your deck is ready (1-2 hours).

You can either paste a Crexi listing URL to automatically import property details, or manually enter your property information. At minimum you need: a property name, address, and at least one photo. For best results, also include your brokerage logo, broker headshots, and financial documents (rent rolls, T12s).

Pitch decks are typically ready within 1-2 hours. You'll receive an email when your deck is complete. You can close your browser after clicking Generate.

Yes. After import, all data is pre-filled in each step. You can review and modify any information before generating.

Templates

A template is simply a previous flyer or marketing PDF you've created. Upload it and we'll use it as the design foundation for your new pitch deck—your branding, colors, and layout style will be preserved.

Absolutely! Upload any previous marketing PDF or flyer and we'll match its design style for your new pitch deck. Your branding, colors, and layout will be preserved. If you don't have one, select 'I don't have a template' and we'll use our default professional design.

During the template step, click 'Upload Template' or drag a PDF file. Enter a name for it and click save. Your templates are stored for reuse on future decks.

Yes, uploaded templates are available to all members of your organization for brand consistency.

Editing & Export

Absolutely. Click any completed deck to open the visual editor. You can edit text, upload and swap images, reorder layers, and adjust layouts. All changes are saved to your account.

Text: Change font family, size, color, bold, italic, and underline. Images: Upload new images, replace existing ones, adjust positioning. Layers: Reorder elements front-to-back. You can also duplicate or delete pages.

Click the 'Save' button in the top navigation. Only changed pages are saved to optimize performance. You'll see a confirmation when the save completes.

Click the 'Download' button in the editor. We'll generate a high-quality PDF that's ready to share with investors, clients, or your team. The download includes all your edits.

Team & Organization

Click 'Manage Team' in the sidebar, enter their email address, select a role (Member or Owner), and click 'Send Invitation'. They'll receive an email to join your organization.

Owners have full administrative access: inviting/removing members and changing organization settings. Members can create and edit pitch decks but cannot manage team settings.

Yes! Use the workspace switcher in the sidebar to switch between organizations. Each organization has separate projects and templates.

Pitch decks belong to the organization. All team members can view and edit decks within your shared workspace. Templates are also shared across the team.

Troubleshooting

Generations typically complete within 1-2 hours. Complex decks with many images or financial documents may take slightly longer. Check your email for status updates. If it's been over 3 hours, contact support@crellus.com.

Verify the URL is correct and the listing is public (not private or draft). Try refreshing and importing again. If problems persist, use manual entry instead—you can still add all the same information.

Ensure you have a stable internet connection. Try refreshing the page and making your edits again. If the issue persists, contact support@crellus.com.

Check that the image is in a supported format (JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP) and the file isn't corrupted. Try uploading again or use a different image.

PDF generation happens in your browser. Make sure you have a stable connection and wait for the download to complete. For large decks, this may take a minute. Try refreshing and downloading again if needed.
