How it works

Start a New Project

From your dashboard, click 'Create New Project'. You'll be asked how you want to enter your property data.

Import or Enter Data

Paste a Crexi listing URL to auto-import property details, or choose manual entry to fill in the information yourself.

Follow the Steps

Add your template, brokerage info, broker contacts, property details, financial documents, and property photos.

Generate & Download

Click 'Generate' and we'll create your pitch deck within 1-2 hours. You'll get an email when it's ready to edit and download.
