Uploading Templates
How to upload your existing flyers for reuse
Have a flyer or marketing PDF you've used before? Upload it as a template and we'll use its design for your new pitch decks.
How to Upload
- Start creating a new pitch deck
- At the Template step, click "Upload Template" or drag a PDF
- Enter a name (e.g., "Retail Flyer" or "Multifamily Template")
- Click Save
Your template is now saved and will appear for selection on future decks.
What Makes a Good Template
- Any PDF flyer or brochure you've created before
- Higher quality PDFs produce better results
- Your branding, colors, and layout will be preserved
Tip: Use descriptive names so you can easily find templates later.
After Upload
- Template appears in your library
- Available for all future pitch decks
- Shared with your entire team
Troubleshooting
Upload fails
- Make sure it's a valid PDF file
- Try re-exporting from your design tool
Results don't look right
- Use the editor to adjust after generation
- Simpler layouts tend to work better
