Crellus organizations let brokerage teams collaborate on pitch decks with shared templates, projects, and settings.
Understanding Organizations
An organization in Crellus represents your brokerage or team:
- Shared workspace for all team members
- Centralized template library
- Role-based access control
Organization Roles
Each member has a role that determines their permissions:
Owner
- Full administrative access
- Can invite and remove members
- Can change member roles
- Can transfer ownership
Member
- Create and edit pitch decks
- Upload and use templates
- View team members
- Access shared resources
Getting Started
Creating an Organization
When you first sign up for Crellus:
- Complete the onboarding process
- Enter your brokerage name
- An organization is automatically created
- You become the organization owner
Joining an Organization
To join an existing organization:
- Receive an invitation email from a team admin
- Click the invitation link
- Sign up or sign in to Crellus
- Accept the invitation

- Click "Manage Team" in the sidebar
- Or go to Settings → Team
- View all team members and pending invitations

Workspace Switching
If you're part of multiple organizations:
- Use the workspace switcher in the sidebar
- Each workspace has separate projects and templates
- Your role may be different in each organization
Shared Resources
Organization members share:
- Templates - All uploaded templates are available to the team
- Brokerage Info - Saved brokerage details are shared
Note: Individual pitch deck projects belong to the user who created them, but they exist within the organization's workspace.
