Managing Invitations

Viewing Pending Invitations

The team management page shows:

  • Pending invitations with email and date sent
  • Option to revoke pending invitations

Revoking Invitations

To cancel a pending invitation:

  1. Go to team management
  2. Find the invitation in the pending list
  3. Click "Revoke" or the X button
  4. The invitation link will no longer work

Invitation Roles

When inviting, you can assign:

  • Member - Standard access to create and edit pitch decks
  • Owner - Full admin access (use carefully)

Caution: Be careful when assigning the Owner role. Owners have full administrative access including the ability to remove other owners.

Bulk Invitations

To invite multiple team members:

  • Send invitations one at a time through the interface
  • Each invitation is sent immediately
  • For large teams, contact support for assistance

Troubleshooting

Invitee didn't receive the email

  • Check spam/junk folder
  • Verify the email address is correct
  • Resend the invitation
  • Have them add notifications@crellus.com to their contacts

Invitation expired

  • Revoke the old invitation
  • Send a new invitation
  • Invitations remain valid until manually revoked

Wrong role assigned

  • After they join, you can change their role
  • Go to team management and update the member's role

Best Practices

  • Only invite people who need access
  • Start new members as "Member" role
  • Promote to "Owner" only when necessary
  • Regularly review and clean up team membership
  • Remove members who leave the organization promptly
